Anti-HH/Armour hax

Hey , i have a good suggest for Health hax and Armour Hax
Normal Players :
-Will spawn with 99 health

VIP players :
-Will Spawn with 99 Health and 99 armour

the Health and armour hax always giving the player 100 Health and 100 armour So if the player got 100 health / armour he will get banned , for admins /heal and /armour command will give the player 99 Health / Armour , Exactly the maximum Health or armour for the player will be 99.

+we will remove soda machine from the terro base because it will make the player get 100 health   

This idea from SA-MP forums, but dosent work in most cases due to following reasons:-
- There a few versions of sobiet which give health to 99, not 100, as this thing nowadays is in many server so some versions of sobiet do this.
- A sobiet user may simply freeze his health ( invulnerable ) instead of reviving it.

So we wont add this, but we are making a good feature which i will be adding soon.
