Let me make it short.

If you got ACCEPTED in your application..PM me ingame for your rights!because i not remember your name..so usually i will missed it.so you must PM me for your rights.dont forget about it!or you will not recieve your optic rights.Or you can ask your optic rights from level 8+adminastarator.
