Reporting a player

What type of rules breaked?: Abusing admin rights, - but really none in particular.
Proof ( screesnhots/video etc.):

(Planting bombs all over optic base while on duty)

(Giving me a HSrocket randomly, didn't ask for anything)

(First hits me on duty, then sets my health while there are two terrorists shooting at me outside)

Additional Info: Also yesterday he went DMing on me and others on duty with sawn-offs, had to kick him from the server with the reason: "Don't DM while on duty WTF?" I am pretty sure this person is unfit for being an administrator and are just playing around for fun, not taking care of the server at all, 43 players online today and went online to check up, banned 7 hackers within 5 mins of entering, mostly with miniguns, hsrockets and rpg's, while Killer were playing around on duty.

Sorry for my negative attitude, but I really don't want to have to keep an eye on other admins while playing on the server, I hope you understand and see my situation here. It can't be right I have to ask him to stop annoying players including myself. I'd like to see that you only hire mature people with an age of at least 15 and above in the future to avoid this kind of problems.

I sorta agree with Joe. Today I've been in the server alone for more than 2 hours with him and he didn't  bother to take 1 of the many reports that were coming in. I had to ask him to help out a bit because it was too much to handle at once and still he didn't really do anything , not even answer to the players question in global chat. I've watched him after a while  and he's only been helping himself with the admin commands. I really don't like reporting on admins but it kinda annoyed me a bit.

yeah, i think he's to fool for this job to be an admin. . .
causes of his age is 12 and his English is bad  . . .
he said to me "why i got banned" and i said "idk, maybe your mistake, or abusing /acmds" and he asked me to order Arjan to unbanned him, but i wont. Previously i've said to him "u're to young, u cant !!", and when i be an admin he always ask me to change his skin, give weapon and ect. but i wont give it .

So my decision is Demoted Him

Glad I'm not the only one that seem to have a problem with it, I really hate being a buzz-killer, but sometimes you gotta stick up for what you believe in. Thanks for your understanding.
