Bomb Bugged

There is a bug with defusing bombs for cops when terrorists planted the bomb. It says "Bomb already defused!" or "You already defused the bomb" or something like that. It occurs to me most of the time. I have saw players having trouble defusing the bomb because of this bug. Is there a fix to this bug?

Happened to me recently as well, great bug report.

I don't know how to fix it :s

This might be a script or server or gamemode bug or whatever it's called. There must be a fix or it's stuck to this.

It happens to some players and sometimes,it works fine and sometimes it doesn't.

Happens when the bomb was being defused and the person defusing leaves the server.
- It gets fixed when bomb gets exploded then.
